1. What model is the camera? Will it work with my hikvision NVR?

This Vikylin camera is a hikvision compatible model, compatible with hikvision NVR version 4.0 and below, plug and play, no setup required.

2. What is the camera's password? If I forget the password, how do I reset it?

The default user name of the camera is admin and the password is 123456. If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking on the corresponding camera's factory settings in the SettingTool.

3.Which app should I use to view my camera? How do I add a camera?

The mobile client of the camera is Remoteyes APP and you can add the camera by scanning the QR code after turning on P2P on the web side of the camera.

4. Why the NVR does not display images after adding IP cameras?

1. Please select the correct protocol and enter the correct user name and password when adding the camera.

2. Make sure the NVR and IP camera are on the same IP subnet (e.g. NVR:192.168.1 .x, IP camera:192.168.1.y).

3. If the NVR does not support H.265, please try to change the camera encoding mode to H.264.
