Our factory have the best lead time, 1-15days for production, then 10-25 days for free shipping. If need expedited shipping(3-7 days), please consult us the extra freight cost.

Our LED Luminous character are made of high quality LED and materials, we provide 2 years’ warranty. During the warranty time, if any quality problem we will fix it or even replace for you free.
4.If accept return or cancellation after order?
All our Luminous character are made to order, it can’t be canceled or return after order. Kindly please make sure the package its without broken before sign the collection, otherwise please complaint with courier face to face so that the express ,company make the compensation.
